01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Unwrap Brie and place it in a small oven-safe dish or on parchment paper-lined baking tray.
03 - Drizzle honey evenly over the surface of the Brie.
04 - Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the honey-covered Brie.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until Brie softens and starts to ooze without fully melting.
06 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes to firm slightly.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top and serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices.
