01 - Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, pineapple juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice if using to a high-powered blender or food processor.
02 - Blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides, until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste the mixture and add additional maple syrup or agave if desired sweetness level is not achieved.
04 - Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to freezer-safe container and freeze 30–60 minutes for firmer consistency. Scoop into bowls or cones to serve.
