10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
11 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Sweetener

12 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (use maple syrup for vegan)
13 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)

→ Liquid

14 - 1/2 cup orange juice
15 - 1/4 cup water
