# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This shake is impossibly creamy and sweet, yet still feels light enough to enjoy any time of day.
  • It became my go-to on hectic mornings because you can whip it up with just a handful of ingredients and almost no effort at all.
02 -
  • If you skip chilling your glasses beforehand, the shake warms up way faster than you'd expect.
  • Frozen bananas instead of ice cubes aren't just a substitute — they transform the shake into pure velvet.
03 -
  • Start blending slowly before ramping up to full speed to avoid splashes and ensure everything gets incorporated.
  • A drop or two more vanilla right before pouring out the shake seems to bloom into every sip — don't skip it if you want the full effect.
