# What You'll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Pink candy melts or pink food coloring (for ears and nose)
05 - Mini marshmallows (for tails and ears)
06 - Edible black food marker or black decorating gel (for eyes)
07 - Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decoration)

# How-To Steps:

01 - Place Oreo cookies in food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and dough forms.
03 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Shape each ball gently into slightly oval bunny heads.
04 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
05 - Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Dip each Oreo ball in melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to parchment-lined sheet.
08 - While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for tail.
09 - Let chocolate set for 5 to 10 minutes.
10 - Using toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add nose and fill insides of ears.
11 - Draw eyes with edible food marker or black decorating gel.
12 - Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They look impossibly impressive but come together in under 30 minutes of active work
  • The combination of crushed Oreos and cream cheese creates the most addictive fudge like texture
02 -
  • Freezing the shaped balls for exactly 30 minutes makes the difference between smooth coating and a melty mess
  • If your white chocolate starts to thicken while dipping add a teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it back out
03 -
  • Use a fork to lower the balls into the chocolate and lift them out it gives you better control than a spoon
  • Keep a damp paper towel nearby to wipe off any chocolate that drips onto your parchment paper before it hardens
